Stretton resident Len Milner

A Stretton Parish Councillor and businessman  has been chosen to represent local Conservatives at an upcoming by-election.

Len Milner is married with grown up children, and has lived in Stretton for 35 years.

Len said “I am pleased to have the opportunity to stand as a Conservative candidate so that I can work to deliver a cleaner, safer, healthier and happier environment for everyone who lives or works in Burton.

Len was elected to the Stretton Parish Council in May 2007 and, since then, has played a major part in many of the improvements that have been made within Stretton.

Len added, "As a small businessman, I want to to encourage and develop our local prosperity; to bring security and employment to Burton."

The poll will take place on 14th February following the resignation of the previous Councillor.
